This is a Vostok 2809 Precision made in 1960 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the formation of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialistic Republic in 1920. This watch was made in Chistopol, a small town located on the Kama river in Tartastan. The movement is a 2809 22J.
The picture on the dial is a view on Kazan. During that time the capital of the republic.
